By downloading or using JobDossier, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If they conflict, mandatory law and Apple’s applicable terms prevail. A person accepting for an organisation confirms that they have authority to bind it.
Licence and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use JobDossier on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules, for lawful personal or business purposes.
You must not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass purchase controls, use the app to violate another person’s rights, or misuse it except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.
What JobDossier does
JobDossier helps you assemble client details, site notes, photographs, materials, annotations, and customer sign-off into a PDF work report. It also provides local backup and restore tools. Features and supported operating systems may change as the app is maintained.
The app is a documentation tool. It does not inspect a site, verify that work occurred, authenticate a signature, certify compliance, or replace professional judgement, safety procedures, contracts, warranties, statutory records, or legal, engineering, accounting, insurance, or regulatory advice.
Free use and JobDossier Pro
The free version allows three successful PDF exports on a device. Free PDFs can include a small “Created with JobDossier” footer. JobDossier Pro unlocks unlimited PDF exports, custom branding, premium layouts, Writing Assist on compatible devices, and removal of the footer credit.
Pro may be offered as a monthly auto-renewable subscription, an annual auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. The exact products, local price, taxes, eligibility, and any offer shown in the App Store purchase sheet control at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions, Lifetime, and billing
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your Apple Account. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account according to the price and timing shown in the purchase flow. Cancel before the applicable renewal deadline shown by Apple to avoid the next charge. Cancellation normally leaves Pro active until the end of the paid period; deleting JobDossier does not cancel a subscription. Apple will provide notice of a subscription price increase and request consent where applicable rules require it. Otherwise, the new price applies to a later renewal unless you cancel before it takes effect. A subscription provides continuing access to the advertised Pro features and the compatibility, security, and feature updates made available for JobDossier during the paid period.
Lifetime is a non-consumable, one-time purchase granting ongoing access to the Pro features included in the purchased JobDossier app without a recurring charge. “Lifetime” refers to the duration of this app licence, not the life of a person, device, operating system, or company, and does not include separately released products. Availability can still be affected by device compatibility, operating-system changes, legal requirements, or Apple ceasing distribution. This does not limit mandatory rights to conformity, updates, or remedies.
Apple processes billing, taxes, purchase confirmation, subscription management, restoration, and refunds. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account used for payment and can be restored on eligible compatible devices. Refund requests use Apple’s purchase-support channel and remain subject to mandatory consumer law.
Withdrawal and consumer remedies
If you are an EEA consumer, you may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content or services supplied immediately, that right may be lost or affected after you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the consequence, as permitted by law. Apple presents the applicable purchase terms and provides the cancellation or refund channel. Nothing here removes a withdrawal right that still applies.
Mandatory consumer law may entitle you to have non-conforming digital content or a digital service brought into conformity, receive a proportionate price reduction, terminate in qualifying cases, or receive other remedies. Those rights are separate from Apple’s discretionary refund process and are not limited by these Terms.
Your content and legal responsibilities
You retain ownership of report content you create. You confirm that you have a lawful basis and any necessary permission to collect, store, photograph, record, sign, export, and share customer and site information. You are responsible for confidentiality, data-protection notices, retention rules, access controls, and any industry-specific duty that applies to your work.
Do not use JobDossier to create misleading evidence, forge a signature, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, unlawfully monitor a person, or record prohibited content. A signature captured in the app is only the drawn mark and context you provide; the app does not verify identity, authority, consent, or legal enforceability.
Accuracy, AI, and professional review
You must review every report before relying on or sharing it. Check names, dates, measurements, photographs, annotations, materials, conclusions, signatures, pagination, and exported files against your original records. JobDossier does not know whether information is complete or true.
Speech recognition and Writing Assist can omit, misunderstand, or generate incorrect language. Writing Assist edits the notes you supply; it does not observe the job, diagnose a cause, verify safety, or certify work. Suggestions must be reviewed by a competent person and must not be used as a substitute for required professional judgement.
Local storage, backups, and external services
JobDossier stores reports locally and is not a remote archive. You are responsible for protecting the device, keeping independent backups where records must be retained, testing restored backups, and securely handling exported PDFs and backup files. Removing the app, losing a device, storage failure, an operating-system problem, or an incomplete backup may cause data loss.
Optional features use Apple services, including StoreKit, speech recognition, Apple Intelligence, device backup, and the system share sheet. Services or apps you choose for exporting are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and may not be available in every country, language, device, or operating-system version.
Availability, updates, and changes to the app
We may repair, secure, improve, or modify JobDossier to maintain compatibility, legal compliance, and product quality. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating-system release, printer, PDF viewer, language, workflow, or third-party service. We will provide updates, including security updates, required by applicable consumer law and communicate material changes where required.
We will not intentionally remove the essential paid functionality of Pro without a valid reason. Temporary interruptions, App Store availability, and technical failures can occur. You should not rely on JobDossier as the sole method of meeting a deadline or preserving a legally required record.
Intellectual property
JobDossier, its software, design, brand, and related materials belong to Eutopix Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You retain rights in your report content and grant us no licence to content that remains solely on your device.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobDossier is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free reports, suggestions, exports, or backups. You remain responsible for decisions, work, and communications based on report content.
Any exclusion or limitation applies only where lawful. Nothing excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product liability, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. For business users, and to the extent permitted by law, Eutopix Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss caused by failure to keep an adequate backup.
Termination, law, and disputes
You may stop using and delete JobDossier at any time, subject to separately cancelling any subscription. Your licence ends if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that should survive by their nature—including intellectual property, responsibility for content, disclaimers, and lawful liability limits—remain effective.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers retain mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights provided by the law of their usual residence. Please contact support@jobdossier.app first so we can try to resolve an issue. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, or product reasons. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will communicate material changes and request consent where applicable law requires it. An update does not remove rights already acquired from a completed purchase.
