“No visible damage on the accessible surface” is more precise than a broad claim that equipment is safe. This general template does not replace a required inspection form, manufacturer procedure or trade-specific certificate.
What makes a maintenance history useful?
Use a consistent asset ID, date and report reference. Attach photos or supporting records with matching names. The next technician should be able to tell whether an issue is new, recurring or waiting for a part.
