Page one has room for two photographs or photo references, captions and a short work summary. Page two demonstrates how to write captions using a fictional clean-up job. Its photo boxes are placeholders, not fabricated job photographs.
Make the report easy to check
Use matching filenames or photo references and keep the capture dates with each image. If an image is cropped, annotated or blurred for sharing, retain the original separately. Explain which details the recipient should compare.
